This article explains the compatibility requirements for Ability Drive® with Apple's Vision Pro headset.
Ability Drive® is compatible with the Apple Vision Pro (AVP). Apple built a drive screen into visionOS 27 called Look to Drive, and it uses the headset's own eye tracking, removing the need for a separate eye-tracker, mount, or app.
The AVP uses the same ADT for iOS with the included USB-C cable and 9-pin cable, and the powerwheelchair programming remains the same for compatible powerwheelchairs with a 9-pin port for alternative drive controls.
The AVP has its own Look to Drive feature instead of the Ability Drive app. Look to Drive can be enabled in Accessibility Switch Control settings and an icon can then be added to the AssistiveTouch top level menu to start driving.
